Comfort Zone

Today, I am diving head first out of my comfort zone and starting a blog about my love for the NYC fitness scene.

Looking at me, you probably can’t tell that I am low-key obsessed with fitness. I don’t have a V-back or shredded six pack abs. I am 5’4, with an apple bottom and thick thighs and I love it! I have no desire to be wafter thin or built like a line backer. I also really like to eat. Although, I am vegetarian, I love me some pasta, pizza and wine! I workout almost daily because my father has instilled the importance of exercise in me. At the age of 75, he still makes working out a part of his life. Plus, after a long day of sitting at a desk for 8hrs, then sitting on the train for an hour, the last thing I want to do is go home and sit some more. I need to SWEAT!!!!!

Luckily, I live in New York were there are fitness studios galore. More and more boutiques are popping up each year.  Stayed tuned as I share my experiences through a bloggers eyes.
